Five held with weapons entering Pindi HC
Rawalpindi: The police have intercepted a car entering into Rawalpindi High Court and recovered arms and ammunition including Klashnikovs from the car, the police sources said.
Five people including two women were riding the car when intercepted by the police. The police have arrested all the riders and shifted them to the police station for investigation.
The suspects identified as Mohsin Qureshi, Sarwar Qureshi, Walid Saif, Farina Qureshi and Aila Mohsin were produced before the court of Chaudhary Abdul Aziz where the accused claimed that they have licensed arms and could produce before the court. The court asked them to produce licenses.
The people engaged in the investigation of the case, claimed that the suspects could be aiming any big target including lawyers, enemies or judicial personalities, adding that the investigating officials and grilling the suspects including women to ascertain the fact. However, the course of investigation was continuing.
