LAHORE: The auction of LDA plots will be held on May 15 at 10 am at LDA Community Centre, New Garden Town and in this regard Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Tahir Farooq chaired a meeting here on Wednesday.
Director Auction gave a detailed briefing about the upcoming auction in the meeting. At the public auction, the tenancy rights of Park and Ride Plaza, Gulberg (First Floor), petrol pump site located at LDA Avenue One will be offered for auction. Education sites of Johar Town, Architect & Engineers Cooperative Society and Faisal Town will also be offered for auction.
Commercial plots located in Johar Town, Allama Iqbal Town, Public Utility Sites and Education Sites located in Johar Town, Lake City will be offered for public auction. The public auction includes commercial and residential plots at Tezab Market, Do Morya Pull (Commercial Shops), Packages Quarter, Walton Road, Mustafa Town, Allama Iqbal Town, Sabzazar, Quaid-e-Azam Town, Johar Town, Jubilee Town, Avenue One and Tajpura.
Additional DG Housing, Additional DG Headquarters, Director Admin, Director Finance, Director Housing X and other relevant officers attended the meeting.
