Two terrorists killed in Bhakkar belonged to TTP: CTD

LAHORE: Two terrorists killed in an encounter in the Bhakkar district on Tuesday have been identified as members of the defunct militant outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
The terrorists were identified as Noor Muhammad and Rafiq. They were involved in attacks on sensitive installations and security forces. According to the CTD spokesman, the two were attempting to enter Punjab from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In an exchange of fire, the terrorists were killed by the firing of their own accomplices. Heavy weapons, explosives and ammunition were recovered from them.
