PESHAWAR: Three senior police officers were posted to replace the cops who had been suspended in the wake of the attack on Chinese nationals in Bisham last month.
Deputy Inspector General of Police Tahir Ayub was posted Regional Police Officer of Hazara on Friday while Mukhtiar Ahmad was posted as District Police Officer Upper Kohistan and Muhammad Umar named DPO of Lower Kohistan.
Four officers, including RPO Hazara, DPOs of Upper and Lower Kohistan and commandant of the Special Security Unit were suspended after the attack on vehicle of Chinese nationals in Bisham on March 26. Five Chinese nationals and a Pakistani were killed in the attack.
