PPP Railways workers greet Gilani

LAHORE: Pakistan People's Party Railways Workers Unity have congratulated Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani for getting elected unopposed as the Chairman of Senate. According to a press release issued on Monday, the members of PPP Railways Workers Unity whose pattern in chief is Haji Aziz ur Rehman Chan congratulated Gilani for his unopposed victory and stated that Gilani would play his role in reducing the prevailing tension amongst the political forces.

The members of Peoples Unity, including Mian Khalil, Muhammad Nawaz, Akram Khan and Malik Nasir also expressed the hope that under the custodianship of Yusuf Raza Gilani, Senate would hold effective legislation.
