KARACHI: Chairperson Sindh Board of Investment (SBI) Naheed Memon called on Governor State Bank of Pakistan Ashraf Mehmood Vathra on Wednesday.
Chief Executive Officer Sindh Enterprises Development Fund (SEDF) Mehboob ul haq, Executive Directors SBP Samar Hasnain and Dr. Irfan were also present on the occasion.
The Chairperson SBI told the governor that the SEDF provides subsidy in bank loan markup to growers to increase production by using modern technologies.
Naheed said the SEDF is also extending help to the rice growers under the balancing modernisation and replacement scheme to utilise modern machinery in rice crop.
