Man commits suicide

LAHORE:A 31-year-old man has committed suicide by shooting himself in Defence C on Friday. Reportedly, the deceased identified as Ahmad Rauf, was frustrated due to domestic issues. On the day of the incident, he shot himself with a handgun at his temple and died on the spot.

Two robbers arrested

Two members of a robbers gang were arrested by Firdous Market Police. The arrested suspects were identified as Nasheer Wali and Farman Ali. Five motorbikes, four mobile phones, illegal weapons were recovered from their custody. The suspects would conduct reconnaissance of citizens visiting markets and runaway after looting them on gunpoint. Over 50 cases of theft, robbery and dacoity traced to them. The suspects were history sheeters.

Three POs held

Badami Bagh police has arrested three suspected proclaimed offenders. The arrested suspects were identified as Shehroz, Talla and Ghulam Nabi alias Baba. The suspects had shot at and injured a citizen Asad. The victim was going on a bike somewhere when the suspects intercepted and shot at him.
