Claims vs realities

So finally, the newly elected federal and provincial governments were formed last week. The people who voted for them have now begun the wait for their campaign claims and promises to materialize. There were some very tall, maybe even unfeasible, claims about cutting prices and increasing wages so the wait may well end up being quite long indeed. It may even be endless. At any rate, the newly-elected governments will now be put to the test to see if they can recall and if not live up to then at least get somewhere close to what they promised.
