PESHAWAR: The police on Monday claimed shot-injuring an alleged snatcher during an encounter within Chamkani village.An official said the police party signaled a suspicious bike rider who instead of stopping for frisking opened fire on the cops. He said the cops returned the fire leaving the bike rider injured.The wounded man was later identified as an alleged street criminal, Yaseen.
