LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has allowed to keep open restaurants from Iftar to Sehr.
Justice Shahid Karim issued written order of the hearing of the case related to anti-smog measures Wednesday. The court directed school administrations to ask students for conducting practical on environment once a week. The court also remarked report related to syllabus be presented on next hearing.
It has been said in the order that as per state counsel report the electricity supply to all units involved in torching tyres has been disconnected. Directives have been issued to Lesco personnel not to cut trees. The LHC remarked if Lesco has to cut some tree then it should inform PHA first.
