LAHORE:Dry and partly cloudy weather was recorded in the City here on Wednesday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours.
Met officials said a shallow westerly wave was still present over Kashmir and adjoining areas. They predicted that mainly cold and dry weather was expected in most parts of the country, while very cold in upper parts while light rain-thunderstorm (light snowfall over hills) was expected at isolated places in Kashmir. Wednesday’s minimum temperature was recorded at Leh where mercury dropped to -14°C, while in Lahore, it was 15.2°C and maximum was 24.5°C.
