LDA auctions 28 plots

LAHORE : Lahore Development Authority (LDA) organised a general auction of commercial and residential plots situated at various residential schemes here Wednesday.

In the first auction of this year, 28 commercial and residential plots of LDA were auctioned for more than Rs401.6 million

Tenancy rights of marquee site of Plot 80/3 Civic Centre, Jubilee Town were auctioned at Rs21 million; Plot No 55-A Karim Block, Allama Iqbal Town was auctioned for Rs139 million; Plot No 261 Block D 2 Johar Town was auctioned for Rs39 million; Plot No 262 D 2 Johar Town was auctioned for Rs39 million; Plot No 239 Block F One Johar Town was auctioned for Rs34 million; Plot No 3 Acid Market Do Morya Pul was auctioned for Rs7,986,600; Plot No 4 was auctioned for Rs6,586,600; Plot No 8 in same area was auctioned for Rs6,586,600 while Plot No 60 (Corner) auctioned for Rs7,342,600.

Besides, Plot No 61 (Corner) in same area was auctioned for Rs738,000; Plot No 62 for Rs5,838,900; Plot No 63 auctioned for Rs5,838,900; Plot No 72 was auctioned for Rs5,846,400; Plot No 193 (Corner) Qayyum Block, Mustafa Town was auctioned for Rs6,369,000; Plot No 193G (Corner) Qayyum Block, Mustafa Town, was auctioned for Rs6,042,000; Plot No 762/8 Block C, Jubilee Town was auctioned at Rs6,976,002. Plot No. 132 (Corner) C Block, Gulshan Ravi was auctioned for Rs9,620,000. Plot No 1 (Corner) C Block, Packages Quarter was auctioned for Rs4,211,200. Besides, Plot No 2 C Block, auctioned for Rs3,630,500; Plot No 4 C Block, auctioned for Rs3,594,500; Plot No 5C Block, same area was auctioned for Rs3,594,500. Plot No 6 (Corner) C Block, auctioned for Rs3,788,200; Plot No 7 (Corner) C Block, auctioned for Rs4,474,400; Plot No 8 C Block, auctioned for Rs3,576,300; Plot No 9 C Block, auctioned for Rs3,576,300; Plot No 10 for Rs3,612,700; Plot No 11 C Block, for Rs3,658,200; Plot No 12 (Corner) for Rs7,191,000.

The public auction was supervised by LDA Auction Committee members, Additional DG Housing, Director Finance, Director Housing, and other officers. The terms of the general auction were read out on the spot.
