19 police officers promoted

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government on Wednesday notified promotion of 19 police officers to grade-18.
The notification mentioned that eight of the officers will be placed in their original junior ranks in case of any court verdict regarding the out of turn promotions.
Those promoted to grade-18 as superintendent of police included District Police Officer, Upper Dir, Waqar Ahmad, SP CTD Sajjad Hussain, SP Saddar Abdul Salam Khalid and SP Traffic Arshad Khan. Other officers promoted to grade 18 included Waqar Khan, Janas khan, Asif Gohar, Arshad Mahmood, Saleem Aman, Rahim Hussain, Niaz Gul, Tauheed Khan, Murad Ali, Amjad Hussain, Ali Gohar, Khan Khel, Anila Naz, Tahir Shah and Safdar Khan.
