ABBOTTABAD: Khyber Paktunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions appellate tribunal has accepted the appeal of Dean of Ayub Medical College Abbottabad against the Board of Governors (BOG) of the Ayub Medical Teaching Institution (AMTI) restraining any adverse action against him.
The tribunal issued notice to chairman board of governors AMTI and directed that no recovery shall be affected nor any adverse action shall be taken against the appellant.
The tribunal in its short order stated that appellant was appointed after due process of law and he fetched benefits in terms of his appointment order and respondent cannot pass any order or take any decision detrimental to his service interest.
