Prevention of sports injuries discussed
LAHORE: Prevention of Sports Injuries & Rehabilitation and Theory of Game were the topics on the second day of Punjab Institute of Sports Sciences (PISC) training course being organised at National Hockey Stadium.
PISC Principal Chand Parveen, Chief Instructor Hafeez Bhatti and Instructors Shaista Qaiser and Sajid Ali were also present on this occasion.
Master trainers Faisal Abid and Ms Mehwish Roshaan delivered lectures in the course being organised by Punjab Youth Affairs Department for the top level training of all divisional coaches of the province.
Ms Mehwish Roshaan in her lecture on Prevention of Sports Injuries & Rehabilitation told the divisional coaches about how to prevent an injury and its serious consequences. She said that through better management and timely response we can reduce the seriousness of a sports injury.
