LAHORE: The Satokatla Police have arrested three members of a gang selling human kidneys. At a press conference here on Monday, SP Sadar Sidra Khan said the Stokatla Police arrested three members of the gang identified as Raza Masih, Liaquat and Zulfiqar. The accused used to lure poor people in remote villages to give kidneys by offering them money.
The victims were handed to Dr Adil who used to take them to Islamabad. Masih used to pay Rs 2 lakh after getting a kidney. The gang removed the kidney of Akram but did not pay him, on which he contacted police.
