Three of a family killed in accident

MINGORA: Four persons, including two children, were killed in different incidents in various areas in Swat district on Monday.

Three persons of a family - a man and his two children - were killed and his wife sustained critical injuries when their car collided with a motorcycle head on in Gortai area of the In Barikot tehsil.

The dead were identified as Muhammad Zada and his two children named Sudais and Salman and his wife Palwasha sustained serious injuries.Soon after the accident, Rescue 1122 rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies and injured to the hospital.

Meanwhile, a 13-year-old girl drowned in the Swat River at Chamgarhi point in the Bahrain area.Soon after the incident, the Rescue 1122 team of divers rushed to the spot and fished out the body of the girl from the river.
