Chief secy calls on governor

LAHORE
Newly-appointed Chief Secretary Captain (R) Zahid Saeed called on Punjab Governor Rafique Rajwana on Wednesday.
The meeting held at the Governor House discussed in detail the issue of law and order in the province, particularly South Punjab.
The governor expressed good wishes for the newly-appointed chief secretary and stated that it was prime responsibility of the government to ensure security of life to citizens besides providing all basic facilities of life to them. For that purpose, the governor stated there was a need to bridge the gap between bureaucracy and people.
