Teachers promoted
LAHORE
Provincial Selection Board (PSB-2), in its 11th meeting, presided over by Additional Chief Secretary Punjab Shamail Ahmad Khawaja, promoted 90 male assistant professors (Grade-18) of government commerce colleges as associate professors to Grade 19.
On the special instructions of Shamail Ahmad Khawaja, 10 meetings of PSB-2 were held during current quarter for disposing of pending promotion cases of different provincial departments whereas the 11th meeting of PSB-2 for the promotion of commerce professors was held after September 2011.
The meeting held at the committee room of Civil Secretariat decided that the 12th, 13th and 14th meeting of PSB-2 would be held on March 29, 30 and 31 respectively in which cases of promotion of Grade-18 officers School Education Department, Higher Education Department, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Specialised Healthcare & Medical Education Department would be considered.
