A case was registered in Sadr police station against Rai Tayyab Bashir and DBA former general secretary Rao Abid Mushtaq.
On Thursday night, Sadr police allegedly broke the gate of the house Rao Abid Mushtaq at Chak 53/2-L and committed atrocities on his family members. Later, the police allegedly picked up Rao Abid Mushtaq and shifted him to an unknown place. On Friday, Rao Jamil Akhtar advocate filed a petition in the court of ASJ Nadeem Shaukat Malik for recovery of Rao Abid Mushtaq. Rai Tayyab Bashir advocate also filed a same petition in the court of Azhar Ali Jafri ASJ.
