Fire destroys plastic warehouse in Ibrahim Hyderi

A fire broke out in a plastic warehouse in the Ibrahim Hyderi police limits on Wednesday.
According to the Central Fire Station, the fire erupted at about 5:00 am in the warehouse situated near the Haji Ibrahim Goth in Korangi and it caught other parts of the building, causing a heavy financial loss.
Some near-by residents fell unconscious due to suffocation; however, they were rescued immediately and the building was vacated.
Three fire tenders of the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation took three-and-half hour to extinguish the fire, but the cause of its eruption was yet to be ascertained.
