2 killed as car plunges into ravine in Shangla

BISHAM: Two persons, including a child, were killed and four others sustained injuries when a car plunged into ravine in Karorah area in Shangla district on Thursday, official sources said.
They said that a car, bearing registration SH-1196, was on its way to Bisham when it fell into the ditch in Shagai apparently due to some technical faults. Two persons, including a child, who were identified as Khwedad and Salman, were killed on the spot while four others sustained injuries.
The injured included Shahid Ahmad, Farman Ali, Fazal Rahman and Miraj. The injured were rushed to the Rural Health Centre in Karorah and from where they were shifted to the Saidu Sharif Hospital in Mingora owing to their critical condition.
