Prince William makes power move from Buckingham Palace with King's approval
King Charles let Prince William make a crucial decision for royal family
Prince William is in charge of making a key decision for the royal family in King Charles' absence, which hints that the Palace's officials are preparing him fully for his future role as monarch.
It is not hidden that the British royals have been facing challenges since the beginning of 2024. First, the cancer diagnosis of King and Princess Catherine shocked the entire world.
Then, the shame brought by Prince Andrew to the firm raised questions about the senior royals' late action against the 'disgraced' family member.
On October 17, 65-year-old Andrew announced he will no longer use his title, the Duke of York, and other honours conferred upon him after discussions with the King and the wider family.
The major update came after Sarah Ferguson and her former husband's eyebrow-raising emails to paedophile Jeffrey Epstein leaked in the media, causing country-wide uproar.
The nightmare for the royals is not ending here as Andrew's sex accuser, Virginia Giuffre, 's posthumous memoir made more revelations about the former working royal.
So far, the Palace has not responded to Ms Giuffre's family's heartfelt request to completely deny Beatrice and Eugenie's father any royal privileges.
But, according to BBC Newsnight, a Whitehall source claimed that the future King William "is on it" after the royals face backlash for slow or late response.
It seems that the Prince of Wales is taking charge of addressing the situation regarding the future of Prince Andrew in royal household following his title drop, with the approval of King Charles.
