Alia Bhatt named in TIME's 2024 list of 100 most influential people

Renowned actress, Alia Bhatt is named among TIME's 100 most influential people of 2024.

On Wednesday, April 17, 2024, the 31-year-old actress took to her official Instagram account to share a post, with a picture of magazine, featuring herself and announce that she has made it to TIME Magazine's "100 most influential people of 2024" list.

In 2023, the Highway actress made her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone, and her director Tom Harper, who penned her profile in the magazine, hailed her as a "formidable talent" and a "truly international sensation."

Tom wrote for Alia that “despite her fame, on set she is self-effacing and funny. There is a grace to the way she goes about her work: focused, open to ideas, and willing to take creative risks."

He further penned, "One of my favorite moments in the film came from an improvisation at the end of a take where she took the emotional thread and ran with it.”
