LAHORE
Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has deputed Master Trainers (MTs) in its partner schools across the province to improve their overall standards.
These MTs are deputed at the district level, who will frequently visit partner schools in their areas. They will remain available in the schools for around five to six hours a day. According to a handout, this has been disclosed in a department circular issued by the PEF Director Ms Aisha Nauman here on Tuesday. Without hindering the routine teaching activity, the MTs will work to improve the teaching-capacity of teachers, including critical appraisal of classroom management and how it can be improved, holding of teachers training sessions and necessary guidance to school management about up-gradation of teachers’ information system.
