ZTBL annex Women Cricket trophy

KARACHI: Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) annexed the trophy of the Departmental T20 Women’s Cricket Championship when they defeated PCB XI by 46 runs in the final played here at the National Stadium here on Thursday.

Scores: ZTBL women XI 179-3 in 20 overs (Nain Abidi 85*, Bismah Maroof 65, Ramin Shamim 1-26). PCB women XI 133-9 in 20 overs (Marina Iqbal 33, Sana Taj 20, Almas Akram 2-25, Sana Mir 2-24, Diana 2-35).

Former PCB chief selector Salahuddin Ahmad Sallu who was the guest of honour gave away the prizes after the final. Prize winners: Player of the Match: Nain Abidi. Player of the Tournament: Javeria Rauf.
