SHCBA moves SC against military courts
ISLAMABAD: President of Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA) has filed a petition against the 21st Constitutional Amendment and military courts with the Supreme Court and made the Federation and provinces parties.SHCBA President Abid Zubairi has taken the stance that the 21st Constitutional Amendment affects the basic structureof the Constitution.

ISLAMABAD: President of Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA) has filed a petition against the 21st Constitutional Amendment and military courts with the Supreme Court and made the Federation and provinces parties.SHCBA President Abid Zubairi has taken the stance that the 21st Constitutional Amendment affects the basic structureof the Constitution. It should be noted that a three-member SC bench led by Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk will hold a hearing against the 21st Constitutional Amendment and the formation of military courts today (Thursday).
