DERA ISMAIL KHAN: A policeman was martyred and another seriously injured before shooting a terrorist dead in Dera Ismail Khan, Geo News reported.
According to police sources a police party came under attack at Shaikh Yousuf Road here but fought the insurgents off valiantly.
Police also told Geo News that the killed terrorist was wearing a suicide vest, which needed to be defused.
“A bomb disposal squad was on its way”, said a police official.
A search operation has been launched to nail the rest of the attackers suspected to be hiding nearby.
