SUKKUR: The two-day science festival, organised by the Thar Education Alliance, Alif Ailaan and Office of Chief Monitoring Officer ended on Thursday. The premier festival witnessed a massive attendance of 15,000 students from more than 100 government schools and science enthusiasts during the two days at the Shaheed Benazir Cultural Complex in Mithi.
Such events are important, especially in the rural areas of the country, to familiarise the school administrations, teachers and students with the unique ways to teach and understand the basic science concepts in an interesting and engaging manner.
