PESHAWAR: The officials of the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) on Tuesday claimed arresting a terrorist in Mansehra district carrying head money.
A press release stated that acting on a tip-off, the CTD officials raided a house on the outskirts of Mansehra city. They arrested a terrorist identified as Qari Rasheed, a resident of Darband village.
The communiqué said he was wanted by the government in connection with the attack on a non-governmental organisation in Oghi in March 10, 2010, in which two women among six persons were killed.
