PTI holds workshop

PESHAWAR: A training workshop for women contestants of the party from all over Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was held at the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s provincial secretariat here. Speaking to journalists, PTI’s official trainer for parliamentarians Dr Rashanda Parween stated that the purpose of the workshop was to explain party’s Constitution and Electoral Policies

PESHAWAR: A training workshop for women contestants of the party from all over Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was held at the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s provincial secretariat here.
Speaking to journalists, PTI’s official trainer for parliamentarians Dr Rashanda Parween stated that the purpose of the workshop was to explain party’s Constitution and Electoral Policies to contesting candidates and raise awareness among the masses about role of local government and local councillors. “After training female candidates in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore, we have come to Peshawar to explain the party’s Rules of Business during election campaign to our women contestants so they can effectively participate in the LG elections,” she added.
Participants included Peshawar women wing president Rabia Basri, Kulsoom Yousaf, Hameeda Shahid, Zahida and other women leaders.
