The CDA management has also decided that those officers who are delaying the inquiries, as they are on the verge of retirement, their pension and retirement benefits would be withheld till the completion of inquiries. All inquiry officers have been warned to finalise the inquiry proceedings at the earliest to avoid any departmental action against them.

The urgent case facility has been restored, which would not only help dispose of cases on urgent basis, but would also lead to generation of handsome amount.
Furthermore, he said that standard operating procedures (SOPs) have been finalised for early disposal of cases and all wings have been directed to observe the time-frame given to the applicants.
