Ten passengers including two women received injuries in an accident between a coaster and a truck in the Kahna police limits on Tuesday. Rescue teams reached the incident place on information and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital. A fast-moving bus No. NI-497 was coming from Kasur. The driver of the bus lost control due to speeding and collided with a bypassing truck No. NWF-7995. As a result, ten passengers including two women received injuries. The incident created panic among passengers. They lost senses, started shouting, crying and ran for their help. One of them called police and Rescue 1122. They reached the incident place and shifted victims to the Lahore General Hospital. Police also collected forensic evidences from the crime scene and registered the statements of eye-witnesses.
