LAHORE
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday indicted Mustafa Kanju and six others accused in a murder case of a youth, Zain.
The court also instructed the counsel of both parties to prepare their final arguments and present them in court on July 7. Mustafa Kanju, son of former minister of foreign affairs Siddique Kanju, confessed to firing at 16-year-old orphan Zain’s life.
He said Zain was not the target of the fire, nor did he intend to kill him or anyone else. Kanju was earlier sent on a judicial remand to allow the police to collect evidence.
