Five people were killed in accidents on Wednesday.
Two men — 20-year-old Ghulam Qadir and his friend 29-year-old Khudadad Khan — were run over by a vehicle on the Superhighway when travelling on a motorcycle in the Gadap City police remit.
In Baldia Town, Ilyas, 30, was killed when a vehicle ran him over near Raees Goth while he was riding a motorcycle. Another man, Nawabuddin, 60, was also run over near UP Morr within the remit of Sir Syed police station while crossing the road. Nimra, 18, was electrocuted at her house in Memon Goth while ironing clothes.
