3G in GB

The people of Gilgit-Baltistan are being deprived of 3G services for reasons best known the authorities. It seems the federal and provincial governments are oblivious of the need to launch this service and its benefits to the region.
It is also very strange that there are no other internet sources except the SCO (Special Communication Organisation). If a 3G service is launched in GB it will help fill the gap of internet services.
