The race to win vacant seats in the Senate is on. Hectic efforts, fair or foul, are being made by different political parties or independents to make to the upper house of parliament.
The ruling PML-N has proposed an amendment to the constitution to stop horse-trading during the elections. However, all political parties have reacted to the proposal according to their vested interests.
