According to media reports, India’s Supreme Court found Narayanaswami Srinivasan guilty of a conflict of interest for having commercial dealings in the sport by owning an Indian Premier League franchise while being head of the Board of Control of Cricket in India (BCCI). He has been told to give up his business interest in cricket if he wants to head the BCCI.
