Last year, the CDA placed an advertisement for residential plots at Park Enclave on Park Road in Islamabad. The processing fee was Rs10,000 which was non-refundable. Only a few applicants were declared successful.
The CDA has announced phase two of Park Enclave this year with similar conditions and rules that were set during last year’s draw. The price of plots has been increased. One wonders if it is right to demand Rs10,000 as a processing fee from people.
