UK man jailed for cat killing campaign

London: A British man was jailed on Friday for more than five years for carrying out a campaign of cat killings over several months in a seaside town. A judge at Hove Crown Court in southern England sentenced Steve Bouquet, a 54-year-old former security guard, to five years and three months in jail for killing nine cats and injuring seven more in the resort town of Brighton, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said.
