Session on ‘Road Safety’ held

LAHORE:A session titled “Road safety is collective responsibility” was held at Sheikhupura Chamber of Commerce Thursday. The session was attended by Group Head Sheikhupura Chamber of Commerce Manzoor-ul-Haq Malik, President Sheikhupura Chamber of Commerce Adil Mehmood, Deputy Commandant NHMP Training College Timur Khan, industrialists, media representatives and officers of Motorway Police. The event laid stress on the importance of using a helmet while riding a bike, use of back view mirrors, fastening seat belts while driving a vehicle, blind spots, dozing at wheel, distracted driving and other important road safety issues.
