Walk on heart issues today

Islamabad : Under the auspices of Pakistan National Heart Association (PANAH), Murree Mall Road a walk will be held today (Sunday) to raise awareness about heart diseases and keep the body healthy and strong.

The walk will start from GPO Chowk and will end at GPO Chowk. Pakistan National Heart Association (PANAH) General Secretary Sana Ullah Ghumman will host the event.

While the special guest of the walk will be former member Provincial Assembly Tehseen Fawad, the walk will be attended by people belonging to all schools of thought. The participants will spread the message that walking, exercise and a simple diet should be your motto to keep yourself healthy, to be safe from all diseases including heat.
