Two students, woman, commit suicide

SUKKUR: Two students committed suicide in Larkana and Naushahro Feroze, while a boy and a woman attempted to commit suicide.

Reports said a student of Intermediate Zahid Ali Bhutto committed suicide by jumping into the Warrah Canal near Ratodero in Larkana, when his father refused to buy him a new cell phone. Reports said a student of class X committed suicide after hanging himself from a tree over a domestic issue in Darya Mari of district Naushahro Feroze.

Reports said mother of six children, Abida Solangi, and a youth Tariq Solangi also attempted suicide after taking poisonous substance. The police have shifted them to a local hospital for medico-legal formalities.
