JUP to support PTI in LG polls
Islamabad The local chapter of Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan (JUP) Wednesday announced to support candidates of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) during the local government elections in the federal capital. PTI Central Organiser Saifullah Niazi announced this at the party’s Central Secretariat here with JUP leaders, including Mufti Amir Shahzad and Prof. Khalil.

The local chapter of Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan (JUP) Wednesday announced to support candidates of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) during the local government elections in the federal capital.
PTI Central Organiser Saifullah Niazi announced this at the party’s Central Secretariat here with JUP leaders, including Mufti Amir Shahzad and Prof. Khalil. Both criticised the government for flouting the code of conduct announced by the Election Commission of Pakistan, asking the electoral body to take notice of it. Niazi termed the JUP support to PTI candidates a success of the local chapter of the party.
