Asfandyar Wali said that good relations between Islamabad and Kabul would help bring stability to the entire region. He added that the Afghans should be allowed to decide their fate. The US, China and Russia should play the role of the guarantor to help restore peace to Afghanistan, he said, asking the government to facilitate the peace process.
