Blind murder solved

TOBA TEK SINGH: Gojra City police resolved a blind murder and arrested an accused on Friday.
Babar was murdered by unidentified people about four months ago and police were investigating the case.
During investigation, police came to know that Babar was allegedly murdered by Shahbaz of Chak 366/JB. To it, police arrested Shahbaz along with his wife Saba Gulnaz from Gojra. During interrogation, Shahbaz confessed the crime. According to police, accused Shahbaz along with his wife Saba had gone to Chak 438/JB for earning his livelihood through harvesting wheat where his wife Saba allegedly developed relations with Babar.
When they returned after ending harvesting, Saba eloped with Babar and started living with him in Sialkot. Later, she returned to her parents’ house in Daska and called her husband there. She told the story to her husband and asked him to pardon her.
Accused Shahbaz took his wife back to his village and planned to kill Babar. Later, Shahbaz and his brother Badar went to Sialkot and allegedly killed Babar after abducting him near Chak 373/JB. Police are conducting raids to arrest the other accused.
