WANA: The government on Monday distributed Rs2 million among the owners of the land acquired for the construction of a playground in Sararogha tehsil in South Waziristan.
Political Agent Sahibzada Najeebullah Khan Kakar gave away compensation cheques to the land owners at a ceremony here.
A number of tribal elders and officials of the political administration were also present on the occasion. The playground was being constructed in Sheikh Ziarat area in Sararogha.
