Chinese investors meet Shahbaz

LAHORE: Chinese investors here on Saturday met Punjab ChiefMinisterMuhammad Shahbaz Sharif and discussed with him the prospects of investment in Punjab. During the meeting, Shahbaz Sharif said that due to the best policies of the Punjab government, investment has been promoted in the province and special facilities are being provided to foreign investors. The chiefminister said incentives had been provided to investors, adding that a number of foreign companieswereworking in the province which had been provided conducive atmosphere. ProvincialMinister for IndustryMuhammad Shafiq, Chairman Punjab Investment Board, Chairman Punjab Information Technology Board and officials concerned were also present.—APP
