Former Sindh minsiter Dr Irfan Gul Magsi and his younger sister Adeeba Gul Magsi joined the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) at the Chief Minister's House on Thursday.
CM Shah and other party ministers and leaders welcomed them and appreciated their unconditional support for the party.
He said Dr Irfan had been affiliated with the PPP earlier as well and it was a home-like party for him.
Dr Irfan concurred with the CM by saying, "It feels that I have come back home. I started my political career from this party and after rendering my services for several other political parties, I have realised that the PPP stands out in its performance and achievements.”
He said he was impressed by the services of the PPP and vowed that he would do all in his power to serve the people of Tando Allahyar.
He claimed that the PPP would clean sweep the upcoming election in the Tando Allahyar.
Adeeba Gul Magsi, in her speech, committed to work for the poor people from the PPP platform.
