Court orders FIR against PPP MNA

SUKKUR: The Additional Session Judge Ghotki ordered the Ghotki Police to register an FIR against PPP MNA Sardar Ali Gohar Khan Mahar and others.
Reports said that one Syed Qambher Shah filed a petition in the court of Additional Session Judge Ghotki in which he maintained that MNA Sardar Ali Gohar Khan Mahar, ex-chief minister Sindh Ali Muhammad Khan Mahar, Haji Khan Mahar, Provincial Minister Ali Nawaz Khan Mahar and 20 others had illegally occupied his land as well as kidnapped his brother.
He also maintained in his petition that the local police had refused to register an FIR against them.
The Additional Sessions Judge, Ghotki, ordered police of A-Section Police Station Ghotki to register an FIR against them.
Respectively, the same court also ordered the police to register an FIR against petitioner Syed Qambher Shah on the complaint of a citizen in which he prayed the court that Shah had also occupied his land and kidnapped Jhaman Das.
